USA, here I come ! - The program

  Ca y est, c'est parti pour MES vacances de l'année 2010 ! Comme prévu, 1 mois aux Etats Unis, à profiter au maximum, découvrir de nouveaux paysages totalement inconnus jours et nuits, et surtout, découvrir une nouvelle culture ! 
Je ne sais pas encore si je vais poster un petit peu sur le blog durant le mois qui arrive, mais je prendrai des notes un peu presque tous les jours sur mon PC et je posterai le tout en rentrant, avec les photos et vidéos... en attendant, voici le programme grosso-modo de nos aventures à venir :

New York City
03rd - 10th Sept 2010
THE amazing city !  We're gonna walk a lot for sure ! We'll go to a play, "Wicked", which deals with what happens before the well known "The Wizar of Oz". Things to visit : Empire State Building, Times Square, Central Park, Wall Street area, Grand Central Station, 5th Avenue, loads of shopping, museums, Brooklin Bridge, ... and so much more !

San Francisco
10th - 15th Sept 2010
My dream comes true :) I honestly would love to live there, which is amazing knowing that I've never been there before ! Things we'll do : Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Warf, Chinatown, Victorian Houses visit, Financial Area, Golden Gate Park, the Exploratorium, Museum of Modern Art, loads of shopping, restaurants, ... The last day, pick up of a car hire : Toyota Prius with Hertz... you didn't see that one coming, did you ! ^^

Yosemite National Park
15th - 16th Sept 2010
Most beautiful national park of CA ! Amazing landscapes, we'll be into the "wild" for 2 beautiful days !

Fresno
16th - 17th Sept 2010
Just sleeping there... on the way to the coastal route, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and all... Laurène and Marion, I'll think of you !!!

Ventura
17th - 18th Sept 2010
Brief visit of Los Angeles, maybe Hollywood. We chose Ventura no to pay to much for the hotel and to stay close to the beach as we'll keep going down the coast after. The reason why we're not spending too long in Los Angeles is because we've been told a million times that it doesn't worth it... so be it !

Long Beach
18th - 19th Sept 2010
Class hotel there : Long Beach Hilton Hotel, but it was actually not that expensive and it's very close to the harbour (or should I spell it "harbor", as the americans do) where we'll get the ferry from the next morning !

Catalina Island
19th - 21st Sept 2010
The most luxurious part of the trip ! Might try to do some diving :) but I'm a bit afraid of sharks... I know, I'm stupid but that's my phobia, what can I do ! The hotel is litterally on the beach, the views are paradisiac, it's heaven here... should I say that it is the most expensive part of the trip after New York ?

Newport Beach
21st - 22nd Sept 2010
Great name, great location ! We'll be driving all along the best cities in CA : Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, Dana Point, ... Marie, I'll think about you there ! Gonna have the time for a lot of sun-bathing.

San Diego
22nd - 27th Sept 2010
Relaxing few days in this city supposed to be paradisiac ! Sightseeing, the biggest Zoo in CA, the San Diego Bay, more shopping, more restaurants, ... 

Santa Clarita
27th - 29th Sept 2010
On the way back to SFO,  nothing special about this city except its amusement park !  We'll go for it for sure ! And then we will rest because we'll have to drive a lot the next day to go back up to San Francisco County.

Pacifica
29th - 1st Oct 2010 
Hotel on the beach, last day in the USA. Relaxing, enjoying the last sunsets from CA and the States before being back to green and fresh Ireland...

Quel super programme ! Bon, ce sera difficile de mettre à jour ton blog régulièrement, mais tu es OBLIGé de prendre des notes, on veut tout savoir à ton retour ! Tu ne peux pas savoir, rien que de lire ce post et j'ai envie de mpe glisser dans vos bagages... Surtout, profitez bien !
